Unconditional Guarantee: If you are not fully satisfied with your physical product purchase for any reason, you have 180 calendar days from your purchase date to request a refund – no questions asked.
No Return Required: Keep the product; you do not need to send it back. We want you to feel secure trying our products risk-free.
How to Request: Email us with your order number and a brief description of your experience. Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
Refund Amount: Refunds will be for the purchase price of the product, minus any shipping and handling fees associated with the original order.
Our 180 day money back guarantee is designed for honest customers who genuinely want to try our products risk free. You can request a refund on eligible orders within 180 days, but we reserve the right to limit or refuse repeated refund requests from the same customer or household if we see patterns that suggest abuse of the policy. Exclusions


Clearance or sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under this policy.

Product Exchanges


Exchange Window: You may request an exchange for the same item within 180 days if you are unsatisfied or wish to try a different flavor/variant, as long as the item is in its original packaging and has at least 75% of its contents remaining.
Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with exchanges.

Memberships and Subscriptions


Monthly Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with your membership or subscription at any point within the active month, request a refund for that month’s fee. Requests must be made before the next billing cycle renews.

Digital Products


Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital downloads, e-books, or similar products are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.
Exception: If you have been incorrectly charged or received duplicate content due to a system error, email contact us within 48 hours.


Abuse, Fraud, and Chargebacks


Good Faith Use: Our satisfaction guarantee is designed for fair, honest customers. We reserve the right to deny requests from individuals demonstrating patterns of excessive/fraudulent refunds or abuse.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us to resolve the issue first will result in permanent suspension of your account.
Resolution: Please allow up to 5-10 business days for refunds to process back to your original payment method after approval.
