Formula Disclosure: The Electrolyte Blend provides 250 mg per serving and contains sodium chloride, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate and calcium carbonate. The amounts of the individual ingredients within this blend are not separately declared on the official Supplement Facts panel. Alpha GPC 50% is listed as 100 mg of the 50% ingredient and should not be represented as 100 mg of pure Alpha GPC.

STIMULANT PRODUCT — 250 mg CAFFEINE PER SERVING. This product is intended only for healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Keep out of reach of children. New users and individuals assessing their tolerance should begin with one-half scoop.
WARNING: This product contains 250 mg of caffeine per serving, equivalent to approximately 2½ cups of coffee. Do not use in combination with other stimulants, including caffeine from other sources. Do not exceed one serving within a 24-hour period.

Stimulant Guidance: Account for all caffeine consumed from coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks, medications and supplements. Do not combine this product with another pre-workout, energy drink, fat burner or any other stimulant-containing product.
