Medication and Ingredient Guidance: This formula contains St. John's wort, 5-HTP, L-tryptophan, melatonin, and other ingredients that may interact with medications or products that cause drowsiness or affect serotonin. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you take any prescription or over-the-counter medication or currently use other dietary supplements.
This is especially important if you use antidepressants, MAO inhibitors, migraine medications, sedatives, sleep medications, hormonal birth control, anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs, seizure medications, transplant or immunosuppressant drugs, digoxin, statins, or medications used for HIV or cancer. Also consult a healthcare professional before use if you are preparing for surgery. Do not use if you have a known allergy to any ingredient in this product.
Drowsiness and Adverse Reactions: This product may cause drowsiness. Do not combine it with alcohol, sedatives, sleep medications, other products containing melatonin, or other ingredients that cause drowsiness. Do not drive, operate machinery, or perform activities requiring alertness after use. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience an allergic or other adverse reaction.
Additional Guidance: Take two (2) capsules once daily. For best results, take 20–30 minutes before bedtime with an 8 fl oz glass of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Take only when you can allow adequate time for a full night's sleep. Do not exceed two capsules in a 24-hour period unless directed by a qualified healthcare professional. Persistent sleep difficulties, loud snoring, gasping during sleep, or excessive daytime sleepiness should be evaluated by a healthcare professional. Follow the directions and warnings printed on the physical container.
